What are the reception opening hours?

The Seven Urban Suites reception is open from Monday to Sunday 24 hours a day.

Are pets allowed in the residence?

Only one pet (under 15kg) per flat is permitted in the residence at a cost of €15/night.
*For reasons of safety and hygiene, pets must be kept on a lead or in a cage in communal areas, and are not allowed in the restaurant areas.

How can I park during my stay at Nantes?

35 secure parking spaces are available. Please reserve your space in advance.

Rate: €13 per night per vehicle (Height limited to 1.90m. Subject to availability on arrival)

If our car park is unavailable, you can park :

– At the Cité Internationale des Congrès car park on avenue Jean-Claude Bonduelle (1 minute by busway).
– In the adjacent streets

Does the Seven Urban Suites residence offer breakfast?

Seven Urban Suites offers a wide selection of fresh, quality products: pastries and bread from Chez Honoré, toast, cereals, fruit juices, hot drinks, cheeses and cold meats, fresh fruit salad, dried fruit, dairy products, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, etc. Gluten-free breakfast on request (before your arrival).

Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 at weekends.

*If you wish to have breakfast before 6:30am, our team can prepare a takeaway breakfast for you.

Are baby cots and high chairs available?

Children and babies are welcome at Seven Urban Suites.

On request (and subject to availability), we can provide a cot, changing mat and high chair.

Does the residence have air conditioning?

The studios and flats are air-conditioned. As part of the government’s energy-saving policy, please use the air conditioning with moderation.

Do I have to pay a deposit on arrival?

A deposit is not required on arrival at Seven Urban Suites.

What time is check-in at the Seven Urban Suites residence?

Rooms are available from 3pm and can be occupied until 12pm.

SECURE LUGGAGE STORAGE
A closed and secure room is available for you to leave your luggage free of charge when you arrive or on the day of your departure.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT
Would you like to arrive earlier or leave later? Ask about our availability to organise your early arrival or late departure, so that you can enjoy your room from 10.00 am or until 4.00 pm.
