Mulhouse Centre reception is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 10.30pm, and at weekends from 7am to 12.30pm and from 4pm to 10.30pm.

Are pets allowed in the residence?

Pets are not allowed in the Mulhouse Centre residence.

How can I park during my stay at Mulhouse?

The residence has indoor parking at €12/night and outdoor parking at €10/night. We advise you to reserve your parking space when you make your reservation.

Does the Mulhouse residence offer breakfast?

The Mulhouse Centre residence serves a sweet and salty buffet breakfast Monday to Friday from 7am to 10am, and at weekends from 7am to 11am.

Are baby cots and high chairs available?

The Mulhouse Centre residence offers cots and highchairs on request from reception*. Please let our staff know before your arrival so that we can set some aside for you.

Does Mulhouse residence have air conditioning?

The studios and flats in the Mulhouse Centre residence are air-conditioned*. As part of the government’s energy-saving policy, please use the air conditioning sparingly.

Do I have to pay a deposit on arrival?

A deposit of €150* will be required on arrival at the residence. This will be returned to you after your departure if no damage has been noted (breakage, smell of cigarettes, etc.).

What time is check-in at the Mulhouse residence?

Arrivals at the Mulhouse Centre residence are from Monday to Friday from 2pm and at weekends from 4pm. Departures are until 11.00am. Late departures are possible* at an additional cost until 2pm.

What should I do if I arrive outside opening hours?

If you arrive after 10.30pm at the Mulhouse Centre residence, an email will be sent to you in advance with a code enabling you to collect your room key.
