Only one pet (under 7kg) per appartment is allowed in the Azuréa residence with a supplement of €10/night.

How can I park during my stay at Hometimes Azuréa?

The residence has an indoor car park (2 m high) , charged at €8/night. We recommend you reserve your parking space when you make your reservation.

Is breakfast served in the residence?

The Azuréa residence offers a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 10:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 08:00 to 11:00.

Are baby cots and high chairs available?

The Aix-les-Bains Azuréa residence offers baby cots and highchairs on demand at reception*. Please let us know before your arrival so that we can set some of them aside for you.

Does Azuréa have air conditioning?

The studios and appartments in the Azuréa residence are air-conditioned. As part of the government’s energy-saving policy, please use the air conditioning with moderation.

Do I have to pay a deposit on arrival?

A deposit of €150* will be required on arrival at the Azuréa residence. This will be returned to you after your departure if no damage has been noticed (breakage, cigarette smell, etc.).

What time is check-in at the Azuréa residence?

Arrivals at the Azuréa residence are from Monday to Sunday from 2.30pm to 7.30pm. Departures are until 11am. Late departures are possible* at an additional rate until 2pm.

What should I do if I arrive outside opening hours?

If you arrive after 8pm at the Azuréa residence, an email will be sent to you in advance with a code allowing you to pick up your room key.
