The data controller declares that personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms.

Data recipients
The data collected is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, directly related to the requested service and without disproportionate impact on the rights and freedoms of individuals.

Data transfer outside the EU
The data controller does not intend to transfer data to a third country or an international organization. If such a transfer were to occur (for example via a service provider), it would be governed by safeguards compliant with the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decision, etc.).

Data retention period
Data is retained for 10 years from the date of collection, unless a legal obligation or a shorter retention period applies (e.g., cookies, marketing activities).

The categories of data collected include in particular:

  • Bank details (payment, booking);
  • Identification data (ID card, passport, driving license);
  • Browsing and geolocation data (cookies, IP address, device used);
  • Data related to loyalty programs, satisfaction surveys, and customer preferences.

For minors under 16 years old, only the information strictly necessary for the booking (name, nationality, date of birth) may be collected, with the consent of the legal representative.

Collection points

  • During the stay (check-in, on-site services, additional services);
  • When subscribing to a loyalty program or newsletter;
  • When participating in a game, contest, or satisfaction survey;

Use of Google Analytics
