Yes, one pet (under 15 kg) per apartment is allowed at a rate of €15 per night.
*For safety and hygiene reasons, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in common areas and are not allowed in restaurant areas.
The residence offers 35 secure parking spaces (high limit: 1.90 m) at €13 per night per vehicle.
We recommend booking your space in advance (subject to availability).
If the parking is full, alternative options include:
- Cité Internationale des Congrès parking (1 minute by busway)
- Nearby public street parking
Seven Urban Suites offers a wide selection of fresh, high-quality products: pastries and bread from Honoré, toast, cereals, fruit juices, hot drinks, cheeses and cold cuts, fresh fruit salad, dried fruits, dairy products, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages… Gluten-free breakfast available on request (before your arrival).

Children and babies are welcome at Seven Urban Suites. Upon request (and subject to availability), we can provide a baby cot, a changing mat, and a high chair.
The studios and apartments are air-conditioned. In line with government guidelines on energy savings, we kindly ask you to use the air conditioning responsibly.
There is no need to provide a security deposit upon your arrival at Seven Urban Suites.
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM and must be vacated by 12:00 PM.
