The reception at ResidHotel Lille Vauban is open from Monday to Saturday, 6:45 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and on Sundays and public holidays from 7:45 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
Pets are not allowed at ResidHotel Lille Vauban.
ResidHotel Lille Vauban offers a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and on Sundays from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Baby cots and high chairs are available on request at reception*. Please inform our team before your arrival so we can reserve them for you.

The residence has an underground car park (1.80 m height) at €15 per night. We recommend booking your space when making your reservation.
The studios and apartments at ResidHotel Lille Vauban are not equipped with air conditioning.
A €100* deposit will be required upon arrival at the residence. This will be refunded after departure, provided no damage has been noted (breakage, cigarette smell, etc.).

Check-in is available every day from 4:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available* for an additional fee until 2:00 PM.

If you arrive after 10:30 PM at ResidHotel Lille Vauban, you will receive an email in advance with a code to collect your room key.
An emergency number is also available at the entrance of the residence if you encounter any issues accessing the building.
