These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the booking and stay of guests within ResidHotel residences via the website www.residhotel.com.

Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer.

The contract between ResidHotel and the guest includes the following documents:

• These General Terms and Conditions of Sale;
• The specific terms and conditions applicable to the selected rate (Flexible, Non-Refundable, etc.);
• The booking confirmation sent to the customer by email.

3.1 Required conditions
The guest must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The guest agrees to provide accurate and complete information.

3.2 Booking confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed after written confirmation from ResidHotel. An acknowledgment of receipt is sent by email, summarizing the details of the stay, the applicable rate, and the associated conditions.

3.3 Group bookings
Bookings of 7 apartments or more, or 15 guests or more, are considered group bookings and are subject to a specific contract.

3.4 Non-refundable bookings
For Non-Cancellable – Non-Refundable – Non-Exchangeable bookings, no refund will be granted in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3.5 Exclusion of withdrawal right
In accordance with Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the guest does not benefit from a right of withdrawal for accommodation services.

4.1 Rates
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (excluding tourist tax and optional services). No booking fees apply.
Rates may be adjusted in the event of regulatory changes (VAT, tourist tax, etc.).

4.2 Included services and options
The base price includes accommodation and the services specified at the time of booking.
Optional services (breakfast, parking, housekeeping, etc.) are charged separately.

4.3 Housekeeping
For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly cleaning (excluding kitchenette area) and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
For shorter stays, these services are available upon request at an additional cost.

5.1 Apartment capacity
Occupancy is limited to the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. Any excess may result in refusal of access or an additional charge.

5.2 Check-in and check-out
Reception opening hours, address, and contact details of the residence are provided in the booking confirmation.
In case of no-show, no refund will be granted.

5.3 Early departure
Any early departure does not entitle the guest to any refund.

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.

A security deposit may be requested upon arrival, depending on the length of stay and the residence concerned.

In the event of damage, theft, or non-payment of services consumed on site, ResidHotel reserves the right to charge the card used at the time of booking.

8.1 Contact information
The guest must ensure that their email address and contact details are valid. ResidHotel cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of a booking confirmation due to incorrect information provided by the guest.

8.2 Liability during the stay
ResidHotel cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring within the apartment or in common areas.
Guests are advised to verify that their home insurance covers temporary stays (“holiday accommodation” coverage).

Any complaint during the stay must be reported to the reception.
