The reception at ResidHotel Cannes Festival is open 7 days a week:
- From 10:30 am to 12:00 pm
- From 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Pets are not allowed at ResidHotel Cannes Festival.
The residence does not offer breakfast.
Baby cots and high chairs are available on request at reception*.
Please inform our team before your arrival so we can reserve them for you.

The residence offers a parking facility (height limit: 2.22 m) at a rate of €12 per night. We recommend reserving your space in advance.
The studios and apartments are not equipped with air conditioning.
A €100 deposit* will be required upon arrival. It will be refunded after your departure if no damage is found.

- Check-in: from 4:00 pm
- Check-out: until 11:00 am
- Late check-out is available until 2:00 pm (extra charge), subject to availability.
If you arrive after 7:00 pm, you will receive an email in advance with a code to collect your room key.
An emergency contact number is also available at the residence entrance if needed.
All rooms are equipped with:
- Bed linen
- Towels
- Shower gel and soap
- A connected TV
- A private bathroom
- Separate toilet
They also include a kitchenette* with:
- Refrigerator
- Cooking hobs
- Microwave
- Kitchen utensils and tableware
- Sink
*The kitchenette must be cleaned before departure
