The reception at ResidHotel Bordeaux Galerie Tatry is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

One pet (under 7 kg) per apartment is allowed at ResidHotel Bordeaux Galerie Tatry for a fee of €10 per night.

The residence does not have a parking facility.

Our reception team will be happy to direct you to nearby parking options close to the residence.

ResidHotel Bordeaux Galerie Tatry offers a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM

ResidHotel Bordeaux Galerie Tatry provides baby cots and high chairs upon request at reception*.

Please inform our team before your arrival so we can reserve them for you.

All studios and apartments at ResidHotel Bordeaux Galerie Tatry are air-conditioned. In accordance with government energy-saving guidelines, we kindly ask guests to use air conditioning responsibly.

A €100 deposit* will be required upon arrival at the residence.

It will be refunded after departure provided no damage has been found (breakage, cigarette smell, etc.).

Check-in is available Monday to Sunday from 4:00 PM.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Late check-out is available until 2:00 PM for an additional fee*.

  • Bed linen
  • Towels

  • A smart TV
  • A private bathroom
  • A separate toilet

Rooms are also equipped with a kitchenette* including:

  • Refrigerator
  • Cooking hobs
  • Microwave
  • Kitchen utensils
  • Tableware
  • Sink

*The kitchenette must be cleaned before departure.
