The reception at Aix-les-Bains Azuréa is open from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 am to 12:30 pm and 02:30 pm to 08:00 pm.
One pet per apartment (under 7 kg) is allowed at the Azuréa residence for an additional fee of €10 per night.
The residence offers an indoor parking facility (height limit: 2 m) at a rate of €8 per night. We recommend reserving your space in advance.
Azuréa offers a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 am – 10:00 am
- Saturday to Sunday: 08:00 am – 11:00 am
Baby cots and high chairs are available on request at reception*. Please inform our team before arrival so we can reserve them for you.

Almost all studios and apartments are air-conditioned. In line with energy-saving guidelines, we kindly ask guests to use air conditioning responsibly.
A €100 deposit* is required upon arrival. It will be refunded after departure if no damage is found.

Late check-out is available until 02:00 pm (extra charge), subject to availability.
If you arrive after 08:00 pm, you will receive an email in advance with a code to collect your room key.
Upon arrival, you will receive a QR code to explore activities around the residence. Our reception team is also available to help you discover Aix-les-Bains.
